1. Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11 of the KVKK) As the data subject, you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed; if so, request information regarding such processing; learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred within or outside the country; request the correction of any incomplete or incorrect data; and to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK.
